  worst experience,don't go this store ever again,send some international package by paying more money since it was so urgent, but not at all delivered even after 25 days also,when we asked for status,they will they don't know anything,lots of money and efforts are wasted,i never recommended this store to any one

  My experience with this store has been frustrating. The employees always do a good job, but the owner is very disingenuous, and rude at times. I have had two packages lost at this UPS location and was not compensated for either, after employees told me I would be compensated. Granted, I did not declare a value on the first package, but I did on the second and I was not compensated. I did not receive any follow up calls, or information regarding my case. When I finally got in contact with the owner, she pretty much said it was nothing she could do. She never wants to take responsibility for lost packages lost by her store, because she don't want to pay the customer. I would advice to only send lesser value items through this store, because my experience has taught me that valuable items never find its way to the receiver or back to the shipper. I will not be sending anything else from this UPS location. USPS is cheaper FYI

  I have been in here several times before since I work near by. The regular employees are very nice and helpful. The owner???? Terrible customer service. She was very rude and belittling. I will never go there again.
