- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They deserve -5 stars!!! Apparently Rosa is not very popular. Today I was the unlucky one. Same problem as the review below, without my card being signed she could not accept it. The ID and the card have the same name, there is a photo on the ID, what else do they need? I have used the same card there before and never had a problem. I was sending a certified/return receipt mail and she proceeded to remove the labels for the form, ripping the envelope. She is RUDE and does it because she is a government worker and will never be let go. I've had bad customer service at other USPS locations, but ROSA beats them all!!! Oh, and she gave me the same sheet with a number to call her boss! And they wonder why they are losing business for UPS and FedEx. Sometimes it is worthy it to pay more and not wait in line and be mistreated because they know they are not going anywhere.By Carolina Pinheiro, November 29, 2016
