- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆i opened my first account with them and was supposed to receive a my actual bank card in 5- 10 days but i have not i have been walking around with my temp card ever since July 1 and its now the 16 he was supposed to put in the card order June 29. i was also upset with this because he seemed more concerned with trying to persuade my mother to open a savings account which she already has one than he did with actually working on getting my account in place. so now i have to wait 5 more days for this bank cardBy tai goodwin, August 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Where do I begin? Been a Wells Fargo customer for years and recently moved to Midtown. This location was the closest to my residence so I chose to bank here. WORST DECISION EVER! Sheli, the manager, has no respect for the customers. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Sheli hung the phone up on me while I was trying to explain to her I needed to stop a wire transfer that was being sent to my COMPROMISED BROKERAGE ACCOUNT!!!!! An hour later she APPROVED the wire transfer!!!! I'm calling Wells Fargo Headquarters to handle this for me.By Milan Selma, October 24, 2016
