- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The phone number posted leads to nowhere. I was told to send my medical reimbursement forms to this location, and have yet to receive any calls, e-mails, or update in my insurance account. It's been over a week since it was delivered. I called the phone number posted and it rings for two minutes then hangs itself up. this is supposed to be with united health care and it's going nowhere. This place is no help, does not care about it's customers. I will change my review if I get contacted and help for personal information that was sent to this location as I was directed to do so by my insurance provider. Otherwise this review will stay on here, as I am very upset about this customer service.By Diana Davis, September 06, 2017
